1. Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, connecting to, or using Infinity Blip (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Infinity Blip is a connector and prompt-generation service built on the QxBin framework, operated by Mystic Quantum Private Limited. It enables users to generate controlled, optimal, or ensemble prompts via edge or cloud modes using Qx tokens. The Service is experimental. We do not guarantee specific outputs or uninterrupted availability.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.
4. Account & Connector
You may obtain a personal connector after email verification and OTP. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your connector. Notify us immediately at pikkc-pixie@pikk.co.in of any unauthorised use.
5. Qx Tokens & Billing
Use of certain features consumes Qx tokens. Token purchases, balances, validity, and usage are governed by the Billing & Credits Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
• You retain ownership of the goals, extra context, and original content you submit.
• The Company retains all rights in the QxBin system, prompt atoms, generated prompt structures, and software.
• You receive a limited licence to use Generated Prompts as set out in the Content & Generated Prompt
Ownership Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSTIC QUANTUM PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS
PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or related policies. Provisions that should survive will survive termination.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing which, arbitration under the Arbitration and Infinity Blip Policies | pikk.company Mystic Quantum Private Limited

12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:
• Generate or facilitate any content that is illegal under Indian law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and amendments).
• Create prompts intended to jailbreak or bypass safety filters of underlying models.
• Generate content involving child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, extreme violence,terrorism, or weapons construction guidance.
• Engage in fraud, phishing, scams, or social engineering.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service or ledger.
• Use the Service for automated high-volume scraping or commercial resale of generated prompts without prior written permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Mystic Quantum Private Limited or pikk.company.
• Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to investigate and take action, including suspension, termination, and reporting to
authorities.
3. Privacy Policy

1. Core Principle
pikk.company follows a strict data-minimisation philosophy: We do not collect, store, or process user data except where it is necessary for proactive accountability (service delivery, billing integrity, security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance).
We do not collect data for advertising, behavioural profiling, or secondary monetisation.
2 How We Use Data
Only for operating the Service, maintaining the ledger, detecting abuse, responding to support requests, and legal compliance. We never sell personal data.
4. Legal Basis
Contract performance, limited legitimate interests (security & billing integrity), legal obligation, and consent where required under applicable Indian data protection principles (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 framework).
5. Sharing
Only with payment processors, infrastructure providers (under contract), or authorities when legally required.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion (subject to legal retention). Contact pikkc-pixie@pikk.co.in.
7. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to the limited data we hold.
8. Changes
Material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

4. Billing & Credits Policy
Infinity Blip – Billing & Credits Policy | Version 1.1
1. Qx Tokens
Qx tokens are the prepaid unit of consumption for prompt generation.
2. Purchases
Tokens are purchased via the official shop. Test-mode purchases (where available) do not result in real charges.
3. Validity of Tokens
Each Qx token (or batch) is valid for three (3) years from the date it is credited.
Tokens are consumed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis. Expired tokens are automatically removed and have no residual value.
4. Non-Refundable Nature
Tokens are generally non-refundable once credited. Spent tokens are never refundable. Exceptions may be considered only for clear system error attributable to us.
5. Account Termination or Closure
• Termination for cause: remaining balance may be forfeited.
• Voluntary closure: remaining unexpired tokens may be refunded at our discretion after verification.
6. Price Changes
Existing valid balances are not affected by future price changes.

5. Content & Generated Prompt Ownership Policy
Infinity Blip – Content & Generated Prompt Ownership Policy | Version 1.1
1. Purpose
This Policy clarifies ownership and licensing of content submitted to and generated by Infinity Blip.
2. Definitions
• User Content: Goals, extra context, and material you submit.
• Generated Prompt: The structured output produced by the Service.
• Prompt Atoms / System Components: The modular building blocks and QxBin technology.
3. Ownership of User Content
You retain all right, title, and interest in your User Content. You grant us a limited licence solely to operate the Service and generate the requested output.
4. Ownership of Generated Prompts and System
The Company retains all rights in the QxBin system, Prompt Atoms, and the structural form of Generated Prompts. Prompt rights are governed by this Policy and related Infinity Blip policies. The user owns the rights to their User Content and receives a limited licence to use the Generated Prompt.
5. Licence Granted to You
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Generated Prompts for personal, internal business, research, or non-commercial purposes, and to modify them for your own use.
5A. Commercial Use & Sensitivity Review
Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or deployment of Generated Prompts as a product or service requires prior written permission.
pikk.company retains the sole and absolute right to refuse, condition, suspend, or permanently stop any commercial deployment if the intended use is considered sensitive (including high-risk decision-making, large-scale public distribution, regulated industries, or significant reputational, legal, ethical, or safety risk).
Decisions under this clause are final.
6. Restrictions
You may not claim ownership of the QxBin system or Prompt Atoms, remove proprietary notices, or use outputs in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Feedback
Feedback you provide may be used by the Company without obligation to you.
8. Termination of Licence
The licence terminates upon account termination or policy violation.
6. Open Source & QxBin Components Notice
Open Source & QxBin Components Notice | Version 1.1
1. Separation of Layers
• Infinity Blip = hosted service and generated prompts.
• QxBin = underlying framework and components (including any open-sourced portions).
2. Infinity Blip Prompting
Commercial use of generated prompts is governed by the Content & Generated Prompt Ownership Policy
(including sensitivity review).
3. QxBin Framework – Commercial Applications
Where any part of the QxBin framework has been released under an open-source licence (e.g. MIT), those components remain subject to the open-source licence terms.
However, any commercial application, product, service, library, or derivative work that incorporates or is derived from QxBin components requires strict prior written confirmation from Mystic Quantum Private Limited before publication or commercial release.
This confirmation is mandatory. Publication or commercial exploitation without such confirmation is prohibited and constitutes a material breach.
4. How to Request Confirmation
Send a clear description of the intended commercial use, specific components involved, and distribution method
